You don’t reach happiness when you accomplish a certain goal or dream of yours when it comes to your blog. I personally think if you feel that way then you won’t have anything to look forward to afterwards because blogging in itself is a journey without a finishing line or destination. Happiness is a concept we created so we have something to strive for in general.

Thank you, Anthony — I appreciate that, too! 😀 “New Lune” (the source of this quote) also has a lot of engagement on her site (in part from me 😉 ). She emphasizes what many other bloggers also emphasize: the notion of “followers” (see also my recent post about the consumer behavior of audiences https://socio.business.blog/2022/07/02/one-remarkable-thing-about-each-every-audience-is-its-consumer-behavior ). I, myself, am much more oriented towards shared languages & concepts) … a community that doesn’t need to sign up to become a member of the audience, or for a membership (unless they actually WANT to 😉 ).
